HB Title is a local, employee owned title insurance agency with its main office located in Melbourne, Florida. What does being “employee owned” mean for the consumer?  Every member of our team is personally invested in the successful completion of your transaction. From the opening of the file through the delivery of the final title policy, HB Title’s goal is to provide each customer with an exceptional real estate closing and settlement experience.

Buyer, Seller and Realtor Benefits:

Which party selects the title company varies by county in Florida. In Brevard County the title company is typically selected by the seller.  It is negotiable, however, and ultimately the title company is determined by the contractual agreement.

As soon as you select HB Title as your title and settlement company, we will immediately initiate the title search to begin the closing process.  We’ll also communicate with all parties involved in the transaction requesting information and documentation.  It is important the information requested be return to us as soon as possible so we are ready to close on time.

HB Title is proud to say we are Best Practices compliant.  We have the necessary experience to meet or exceed the compliance guidelines that are required of lenders.

We are fully TRID compliant and protect a lender’s interest against title defects by carefully reviewing closing instructions and ensuring that all documents are executed properly and returned in a timely fashion.  Documents are recorded electronically affording us the ability to issue the final title policy promptly.
