Title Examinations and Title Insurance Policies 

 

As authorized title insurance agents for Alliant National Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company, HB Title is able to supply customers with various types of title search reports, issue title commitments, and issue and endorse owner and loan title insurance policies.

 

Escrow Agent Services 

 

HB Title acts as Escrow Agent under your Contract to deposit, hold and disburse funds in accordance with ALTA Best Practices.
